A revolutionary simple and innovative click-to-install support system for super quick installation of cable support without using bolts. The CLX³ system is optimized for commercial buildings and offices, and builds on the world-renowned, superior quality and installation ease of the Wibe system.

Projects such as shopping malls, offices, hospitals and hotels are usually subject to severe time pressure. Logistics must work smoothly and installation must be fast and error-free to meet deadlines and inspections. The idea for CLX³ was born while supporting a customer during such a project. Why not make a suspension system for C1 and C2 environments that is very quick and easy to install? Which has a few components to simplify logistics, and which can be easily handled and installed by a single installer. And last but not least, a system that can be used for both cable ladders, mesh trays and cable trays.

The CLX³ system is up to 5 times faster to install than standard assembly. Instead of using screws, clamps and fittings to lock cantilever arms, central suspension brackets and length material, the components are quickly and easily clicked into place in a few seconds. The ceiling pendant and rail are attached with one or two screws, but otherwise no tools are required. To dismantle the length material, central suspension bracket or cantilever arm, all you need is a standard slotted screwdriver to release the latch.

Can be handled by a single installer

CLX³ combined with Wibes lightweight cable ladder KHZSP and Click-fix Joint 21 provides a quick and easy installation that can be done by one to two people, and the system is still not designed to handle console distances up to four meters. If desired, CLX³ can also be combined with Wibes standard system.

Few components, easy logistics

A system with few components simplifies logistics with purchasing, stocking and installation on a project. The CLX³ range consists of cantilever arms, central suspension brackets for cable ladders, trays and mesh trays, pendants, rails and an adjustable ceiling bracket for mounting ceiling pendants on sloping ceilings.

The hospital in Nordmøre and Romsdal in Norway was among the first major projects to use CLX³ in virtually all installations, and the customer Bravida was very pleased with the result.

CLX³ has been on the market since 2019, and has been used in many projects since then, especially in commercial buildings.

What is the best suited installation for CLX³?

It is above all in installations with long straight paths where the CLX³ excels, for example in corridors, culverts and large shopping malls. Here you can save a lot of time.

How does CLX³ work?

1. Attach the ceiling pendant with one or two boltto the ceiling. For sloping ceilings ≤25°, there is an adjustable ceiling bracket. Rails are attached with two or more bolts in the wall, wall brackets with one bolt.

2. The CLX³ cantilever arm is clicked into the rail, and then the cable ladder KHZSP or Defem mesh tray is clicked into the bracket.

3. Central suspension bracket is available for cable ladder KHZSP, Defem mesh tray, and cable tray W1/40 and W3/40.

4. The pendant can be mounted next to a wall for a tight installation.

5. The back of the pendant can be used for mounting standard brackets using a T-bolt.

Easy to adjust and dismantle

To adjust or remove a CLX³ component, all you need is a flathead screwdriver. Use the screwdriver to release the locking tab on the cantilever or suspension bracket. Reset the tab before using the component again.

We tested the CLX³ system in practice: three teams of experienced installers installed the same length of cable ladder – first standard assembly using bolts and clamps, and then with CLX³. Even though it was their first time using CLX³, the result was clear: three times faster installation.
